Welcome Hipcamp Vanlifers, this location has three spots to accommodate Vans and class b motorhomes up to 20 ft in length, you'll have access to a free shower room, toilet room, and laundry facility. Access to picnic area and gas barbecue grill. Close to freeway access. Great place to park, relax, clean up, do some laundry, and get out and enjoy the Tucson winter weather. Sabino Canyon is about a 30 minute drive north and is a must see. It's also a great location for those of you coming to town for the Gem Show.

Convenient spot!
Nice and easy spot to crash. We camped with a car and a small tent. The lights stayed on kind of late, so I would recommend snagging spot #3 if you are tent camping.

Best overnight spot in Tucson for van campers. All the needed amenities and easy access to the interstate. Not a traditional out in nature campground, more like a safe parking space with toilet shower and laundry facilities. Perfect for my needs.

I love that the facilities are ALWAYS clean. Not your classic ‘campsite’, instead Brian has created a safe space for travelers on the outskirts of the city. I keep coming back because it has been great every time!

NOT SAFE...
Um. I'm having a hard time seeing messages i had with this place. Deleted?? My camper is stranded there. They're trying to make it look like I left it there on purpose and it, it's not the case. My vehicle is in the tow yard so I don't have a way to pull the camper. If "Brian" can pass by there, make sure still there and not vandalized, please thank you.. they deleted the proof

Works great for me, I keep coming back and will continue to do so. Not a typical campsite, very utilitarian and efficient. Very well done and Brian is a great host!
